            The Committee on Political Subdivisions moves to amend the bill on page four, subsection (g), on lines one through five, by striking out all of subsection (g) and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

            “(g) After June 30, 2015, every city, town or village shall publish a notice that the financial statements required by this section are available to the public, free of charge, at the municipality’s primary office and on a website maintained by the municipality. Each notice shall contain the office address and the website address where financial statements are available. Each municipality shall publish the notice annually as a Class I legal advertisement. The area of publication is the municipality’s territory. A city shall publish the notice within ninety days after the beginning of its fiscal year. A town or village shall publish the notice within one hundred twenty days after the beginning of its fiscal year” followed by a period.
